digital illustration and colouring: Moshi Monsters digital illustration

I studied Fine Art Drawing and Painting at Glasgow School of Art and I have fifteen years experience as a digital colourist, illustrator and writer. I have exhibited and had my own work published in the UK, Europe, the US and Japan. In 2003 I provided illustrations for Channel 4's Annual Report which won the ID Design Award. I use old dip pens, ink and brush to make my illustrations and colour in Photoshop. As a digital colourist I have enjoyed working with a diverse range of artists including Lew Stringer, and John Rushby and have worked on Thomas the Tank Engine Magazine and Toxic. I enjoy bringing the artist's line art to life and creating an individual look for each one's work. I now work for Moshi Monsters Magazine.
